Tim answered the phone himself. After debating whether or not to get a quote I called on a Saturday morning, and to my surprise, someone answered. I truly expected an answering machine. Tim took the time to answer all my questions and we actually scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. Tim showed up on time and explained the process. He let me know right away when he could start and he showed up on time for that as well! He and his crew are very professional. They cleaned up when they were complete and there were no surprises in the bill! I highly recommend!
